Notice Description
The appointed Contractor will be responsible for finalising a Concept Design, including outline proposals for structural design, building services systems, outline specifications and preliminary Cost Information along with relevant Project Strategies in accordance with a Design Programme. Once complete it will establish a solid evidence base to inform the North East Division Integration Project Full Business Case.
