"description": "The samples that will be used in this study derive from India. Due to Government regulations, these samples are not allowed to leave the country. This service provider provides DNA sample collection facility within India to make genotyping process hassle-free and faster Genotyping assay with 5000 SNPs providing allelic data for the same set of SNPs across different runs; which is very important for the research objectives we have in this project. High success rate (not more than 2-5% missing data) from even less quantity of DNA sample (200 ng at a concentration of 10 ng/uL) Providing lot of technical support to CLIENT by providing information on sequencing, sequencing data analysis, SNP allele calls and SNP call results for each SNP marker. Raw VCF file (including SNP allele calls and SNP call results, raw FASTQ files and unaligned BAM files generated from the pilot are also provided to CLIENT. In addition, to facilitate Client in running their own sequencing analysis- at the request of the CLIENT may provide BED files and hotspot files outputs of the analysis.
