The successful bidder will liaise closely and be available to meet regularly with River Clyde Homes' staff involved in debt recovery and tenancy management. Prior to undertaking any court action on behalf of River Clyde Homes, the successful bidder shall discuss anticipated costs and prospects of success with River Clyde Homes staff. The successful bidder will also liaise as required with River Clyde Homes' staff in relation to tenancy management issues, e.g. anti-social behaviour and succession issues, etc. In relation to ad-hoc Debt Recovery, the successful bidder shall provide River Clyde Homes with expert advice to identify the correct solution to suit River Clyde Homes' needs providing guidance regarding the cost effectiveness and the practicalities of any debt recovery action. Firms should note that RCH require a solicitor at partner level to undertake court appearances on behalf of RCH.",
