Historic Environment Scotland is seeking to appoint an Agency to fully manage and market three exclusive lodges within the boundary of Holyrood Park as holiday lets. The New Business Team develop new income streams to support the wider work of HES, therefore it is a key performance indicator that the repurposing of these lodges for holiday letting leads to a venture that is operated as profitably as possible whilst upholding our organisational values. The lodges are in the process of being renovated and refurbished to a high-end standard with an immaculate finish. Guests will have an experience that is truly unique within the current offer of Edinburgh holiday accommodation.

Renewal: It is anticipated that this contract will commence in early March 2020. It is envisaged that the lodges will then be available as holiday lets continuously and year-round in future years, therefore a one (1) year contract, with the option of two (2) two (2) year extensions is proposed. The maximum length of the contract with extension(s) is therefore five (5) years.
