The Council has a requirement to purchase Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to offer a bar service at events held in the town hall. The Alcoholic beverages procured through the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement, Reference Number 0119, will be for resale at the events hosted. The procurement was undertaken through the above single supplier framework agreement.

Options: The Contact was initially scoped for the requirements for purchasing alcoholic beverages for the Town Hall, however the scope of the Framework agreement is available for wider council use should the need arise.
