Easthall Park Housing Co-operative wishes to commission a Design Team to examine and determine the optimum development potential of two sites in in Easthall and Kildermorie Glasgow The Design Team will consist of an Architect as lead consultant, a Structural Engineer and a Quantity Surveyor. The scope of the study will extend to and include stages A to C of the RIBA plan of work (appraisal, design brief and concept). Tenders will be evaluated in accordance with a 60:40 quality/price ratio

Renewal: Although the brief is for a design team to undertake a feasibility study into building new homes, Easthall Park Housing Co-operative reserves the right to extend this appointment to develop the project to conclusion and reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any point during that period.
