Calling off this contract for IP Connect Diverse Solution as a direct award from the National Crown Commercial Services Framework RM3808. Traditional PSTN and ISDN Telephony networks are due to be switched off in 2025 and replaced by IP voice services. Scottish Borders Council currently has 172 ISDN30 channels which will need to be replaced. The implementation of the new IP voice services technology will enable Scottish Borders Council to upgrade and replace the current aged LYNC environment.. The Award Criteria and the price and quality weightings do not apply when publishing the spend incurred at Scottish Borders Council when calling off from this collaborative National framework.
