The Council offers Paypoint and Post Office, ensuring that customers have a choice of options and accessibility to payment services, which meets the Council needs and also ensures payment services are accessible within communities. Payment processing services facilitates the payment by customers of sums due to the Council. The Council currently offer Post Office and Paypoint facilities for payment of Council Tax, Sundry Income and Housing Rents The Supplier will then process the payments transactions into the Council's bank account. A direct award where the procurement followed the step by step buying procedure for Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement G-cloud 11 RM1557.11 Lot 2 which is fully OJEU compliant.
