Fire Damage Reinstatement - Richmond Walk & Richmond Street
Notice Description
An extensive fire within an upper floor flat saw substantial damage to the roof structure and individual properties within what is a typical four storey Aberdeen granite tenement. The roof structure has been reinstated and the building made wind and watertight as part of a preliminary Phase 1 contract. Works within the proposed Phase 2 contract comprise a varying degree of reinstatement work within each of the 8Nr. individual properties and rear stair enclosure. Works include, but are not limited to, joinery, plumbing, electrical, gas central heating, floor covering and decoration. Of the eight individual properties, three are in private ownership, for the purposes of this contract the Council will be acting as agents on behalf of the Owners.
