GRADUATION EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - University of Aberdeen
Notice Description
Due to the expanding volume of people wishing to attend summer graduations, the decision has been taken to move the ceremonies from our previous venue in Elphinstone Hall to a marquee setting on King's Lawn. Working alongside the marquee provider, the successful bidder will be able to deliver an event which conveys the same high levels of experience, as can be provided in our established venues, fully befitting the profile of the event and its importance in the University academic year.

Renewal: We anticipate the contract to be for 1 year in the first instance, with opportunities to renew annually for 4 further years.
