The purpose of this commission is to demonstrate the effectiveness and workability of a framework for conducting a self-assessed review. The successful contractor(s) will test a framework that the Commission has drafted with different types of landowners, and with the practical experience gained, they will refine it and explain what its limitations are. This work will inform the Commission on developing appropriate support tools, guidance and templates that would enable and encourage use of the self-assessment framework. It will also help inform SLC's policy development on LRR reviews.
