Notice Description
The requirement covers all works of CARS grant funded building or shopfront repair from inception to completion, and as such covers the following: - Survey and cost analysis - Drawings - Preparation and submission of building warrants, planning, advert consent and listed building applications - All work related to tendering the work including scoring the responses - Provision of supporting information to support property owners apply for grant - Arrangement of meetings between the contractor and the property owner - Overseeing of works on site to completion - Preparation of works certificates through to making good certificate - Responsibility for ensuring costs keep to budget - Recording of work - Providing regular progress reports and photographic evidence for each building contract
