Kitchen Contract - Kitchen Survey, Supply & Delivery
Notice Description
Hillcrest Maintenance are looking for a contractor to survey, supply and deliver kitchens as per stated in the attached documentation.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Hillcrest Maintenance are tendering for a contractor to provide survey, supply and delivery of approx. 275 kitchen annually for sites across Scotland. Full details can be found within the invitation to tender documents. Upon award of contract contractor to supply a full price list for additional spares such as loose door fronts, replacement drawer packs ect
Options: As stated Hillcrest Maintenance may add additional purchases throughout the contract such as assisted living kitchens which will be priced prior to any requirements. Spare parts may be requested during contract for repair works to existing kitchens. Hillcrest are currently awaiting approval to use a glass splash back as an alternative to the stainless steel listed within the tender. This may be updated through the course of the tender as an extra over pricing exercise which will not count towards scoring or a new tender will be set up inviting all parties who submit a tender.
Renewal: Subject to a 1 year renewal extension to March 31st 2024 subject to approval based on performance during contract.
