Supply of vehicle spare parts for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service including both generic after market and specialist/original equipment manufacturers' parts. Original equipment manufacturers spares will be required in order to maintain certain vehicles' statutory type approvals or in instances where a manufacturer holds design rights, patents, or other similar intellectual property in the supplies concerned and/or an original part is required for reasons of technical compatibility; as provided for in Regulation 43 (12)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
