The Association now wishes to incorporate a Social Enterprise and Well Being Centre within the site. As this is non-residential the Association cannot use the Link Group Framework for procurement of the design team. For technical reasons, it is not practical for a separate design team to design the SEWC as the residential and non-residential need to integrate with each other, particularly in relation to public utilities, RCC, drainage etc. The fee associated with the original commission for housing was 374,458.40GBP. The fee for the additional commission is 66,527.43GBP",
