The most capable and compliant supplier who can fully meet council needs will be awarded a three year contract with the option to extend for a further 24 months in total. A timely supply of doors and accessories is fundamental to the success of the councils window and door replacement programme, therefore strict delivery timescales shall be agreed and must adhered to throughout the life of the contract
