For a Development Consultant to deliver new build housing for Maryhill and Queens Cross housing associations, working as part of the North West Partners Development Hub with a contract start date of April 2020, The Development Consultant would be required to work up to 35 hours per week across Maryhill and Queens Cross developments only. The Association is seeking to procure a Development Consultant for a two year period commencing in April 2020. There will be no options to extend after this period. If Development Consultancy services are required beyond this period the services will be re-tendered.
