We are looking to appoint a contractor to provide financial and commercial advisory support to assist in the delivery of the Scottish Government's Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES).We are looking for a contractor that can draw on a range of skills and expertise (as set out in the specification) with work being on an ad-hoc basis with a time allocation to be agreed based on specified hourly rates. The maximum budget available for the contract period is 26k GB.

Renewal: The contract may be extended at the sole discretion of the Energy Saving Trust.
