Notice Description

The purpose of this project is to seek a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply and erect 2 separate prefabricated modular buildings for use as changing pavilions on the existing St. James' site. The contractor will also be responsible for the structural design of the entire Modular Building including superstructure, Foundation Slab, sub-structure and any piling.

This specific requirement is in relation to the changing pavilions. The purpose is for a competent contractor to supply and erect on site 2 separate prefabricated modular buildings for use as changing pavilions on the existing St. James' site where masonry buildings have been demolished and crushed material loosely compacted on site. Each modular building shall be 30m x 8m and it is anticipated that this will be achieved by assembling 10 nr. 3m wide modules.
