Provision of Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places Framework Agreement - Scottish Borders Council (the Council) is required by the Scottish Government, under the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, to provide a funded placement of up to 1140 hours per year to all eligible 2 year olds and all children from age 3 to those not yet attending primary school being effective from August 2021. The procurement will be under the Light Touch Regime to establish a non-competitive flexible framework of Early Learning and Childcare providers for 2,3 & 4 year old children. The framework allows for the re-opening to new providers on an annual basis. -
