We are seeking interest from organisations and private landlords who are able to assist us in providing contingency arrangements for extra furnished accommodation for temporary accommodation during the COVID-19 Coronavirus response. We require this accommodation specifically within Dumfries or Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway.

We are seeking interest from organisations and private landlords who are able to assist us in providing contingency arrangements for extra furnished accommodation for temporary accommodation during the COVID-19 Coronavirus response. We require this accommodation specifically within Dumfries or Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway. We require: - Any accommodation offered to be self-contained and furnished. - Any Private Landlord must have a valid Landlord Registration with Dumfries and Galloway Council Any leases offered under this scheme will be of a short-term basis of 6 months.. If you are able to provide any additional accommodation in Dumfries or Stranraer please respond to this notice and notify Rebecca.Scott3@dumgal.gov.uk
