Notice Description
This Contract Award Notice is in relation to a renewal framework for Supply and Supply and Distribution of Groceries and Provisions. It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to eggs, cheese, yoghurts, flour, cake mixes, tinned goods, cereals, condiments, cook sauces, hot beverages, crips, confectionery, soft drinks and water.

Supply and Distribution of Dairy & Chilled Products
This Contract Award Notice is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply Only and Supply and Distribution of Groceries and Provisions. It will provide a mechanism for Scottish local authorities to procure a range of fresh fruit & vegetables and organic fruit and vegetables that includes, but is not limited to, cheese, butter, eggs and yoghurts and other associated products. Tenderers were be able to bid for one, any, or all local authority areas.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
