The College is awarding this framework call-off based on the Scottish Procurement framework. The College's current framework agreement for Water and Waste Water Billing Services expired on 29 February 2020. A previous Prior Information Notice seeking views from potential market participants on the Procurement Strategy was published on Public Contracts Scotland on 26 October 2018 (reference OCT335262) and in Tenders Electronic Daily, Supplement to the Official Journal of the EU on 27 October 2018 (document number 474182-2018). This new framework is listed in APUC's contract database as UTIL1003 AP and will be used by the College.
Options: 12 month extension possible
