The Authority (NHS Lanarkshire) wish to appoint a Contractor to service thermostatic mixer valves (TMVs) and thermostatic mixer taps (TMTs) across the estate.

The Authority (NHS Lanarkshire) wish to appoint a Contractor to service thermostatic mixer valves (TMVs) and thermostatic mixer taps (TMTs) across the estate.
Options: The Authority may make additional purchases related to the services, for example where it is established that a TMV/TMT requires replacement the Contractor may be asked to supply and install a replacement.
Renewal: Following completion of this contract NHS Lanarkshire may conduct another tender process to award a longer term contract for the bi-annual servicing of TMVs/TMTs.
