Lot 1

Clyde Gateway Developments Limited seeks to appoint a Site Supervisor to work collaboratively with the Employer and Project Manager to supervise the construction works to the end of RIBA Stage 7. The project will deliver the refurbishment of the existing Purifier Studio building into commercial office suites, at present 2 units will be delivered and a further 3 units will be completed at a later date and does not form part of these works. The works will be delivered by a design and build contractor with an anticipated programme of 40 weeks on site.
