The Scottish Government is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Fund Manager to undertake the development, administration and management of funding streams under the Equality and Human Rights Budget for 1 October 2020 - 30 September 2024

Lot 1
This contract is for the administration and management of the: - Interim management of the Promoting Equality and Cohesion Fund (PECF), Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Rape Crisis Specific Fund (RCSF) to 30 September 2021 (in region of 10m GBP per annum) - Development and management of the Supporting Equality and Human Rights Across Scotland fund from 1 October 2021 (in region of 8m GBP per annum); - Development and management of the Delivering Equally Safe fund from 1 October 2021 (in the region of 12m GBP per annum). Equality and human rights fund management for the period 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2024 with the option to extend for a period of 12 months. This requirement will be awarded to a single supplier.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Options: Scottish Government reserve the option to extend the contract for an additional period of 12 months.
Renewal: Scottish Government reserve the option to extend the contract for an additional period of 12 months.
