The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to inform the procurement strategy for West Dunbartonshire Councils (WDC's) SIP Trunking requirement. Due to Ofcom regulations, stating ISDN30 telephone line circuits will no longer be supported from 2025, WDC need to replace the existing WDC Corporate/Education ISDN30e Voice estate with a SIP Trunking solution.
