Continued provision of the ECO Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme for commercial fleet vehicles and commencement of a new ECO Stars Taxi Recognition Scheme for taxi and private hire vehicles. These fleet schemes commenced in the Perth & Kinross Council area in 2019. The purpose is to build an engaged network of fleet operators and encourage positive action against contributions of those members to local transport related emissions.
