Lot Information
Lot 1
Expressions of interest are invited for the tender for the provision of psychological services and support for ScotRail employees. ScotRail background: Abellio were awarded the ScotRail franchise in 2015. ScotRail provides over 94 million passenger journeys each year, with over 2,300 intercity, regional and suburban rail services a day, more than 340 stations, 5000 employees, and just under 800 trains serving Scotland's railway. The ScotRail network is vital to Scotland's communities, and to the country's booming tourist industry. Two case studies demonstrating your psychological services on the same size and scale should be submitted to sheryl.s.cupples@scotrail.co.uk. Both case studies should be no longer than 2 A4 pages. To register interest, the supplier must demonstrate they have the necessary resources for a contract of this nature. The contract will commence from September 2020 until March 2022, with an option to extend on a rolling annual basis. Any supplier who submits interest must be able to deliver against these timescales. If appointment, the supplier will be tasked with working closely with ScotRail HR Department to support the needs of ScotRail employees. Our key considerations are:- - Include the provision of comprehensive assessments and structured treatment plans; - Adopt a range of evidence-based interventions appropriate for use; - Remunerate mental health professionals in accordance with sector guidelines; and - Explore the option to provide emotional wellbeing support both on-site and off-site as required.
