The framework will provide Falkirk Council's Employment & Training Unit (ETU) with a comprehensive range of employee assistance programme services that are particularly important, given the issues being experienced as a result of the current COVID19 outbreak and as a result, the potential need for counselling and support for ETU clients.

Lot 1
Falkirk Council's Employment and Training Unit made a direct call off From ESPO framework 985-19: Occupational Health Services - Lot 4: Employee Assistance Programmes. Employee Assistance Programmes will be available for ETU clients to utilise. Following an assessment of the framework options, it was determined that the best value option in meeting the requirements of the ETU was to process with a direct call off and award to Work Stress Management.
