Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint a RICS qualified valuer to undertake the annual Independent Valuation of the Crown Estate Scotland Rural Portfolio. The initial appointment will be for the FY2020/21 valuation, with the option to extend by up to two more years, one year at a time. The CES Rural Portfolio consists of over 800 individual assets across 4 estates - Glenlivet, Fochabers (both in Moray), Whitehill (Midlothian) and Applegirth (Dumfries & Galloway). The estates cover 37,000 hectares (around 91,000 acres) of land, with the vast majority being let for a variety of uses including farming, forestry, residential, commercial, sporting and mineral operations.

Options: option to extend by up to two more years, one year at a time.
