The provision of onsite technical resources and associated services and software, where appropriate, to assist in delivering digitally enabled outcomes, solutions and systems to enable Education Scotland to meet its strategic goals. The services required include technical architecture, service design, user research, application development, testing, user experience, delivery support and data analytics.. The Firm Price for provision of the key services does not include funding for any additional work packages that may be agreed with the contractor, as set out in the Invitation to Tender documents. Funding of up to 2500000GBP will be available to meet any such requirement on an enabling basis.
Options: The contract shall have two separate options to extend for 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract shall be 36 months.
