CMAL0247 Port Glasgow Office Refurbishments
Notice Description
CMAL's head office is located in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde and due to increasing staff numbers there is a requirement for additional office space. CMAL currently occupy the first floor of the Municipal Buildings in Port Glasgow and the local library occupy the ground floor. CMAL are to lease half of the ground floor to facilitiate additional office space and the library will retain the other half of the demise. The building will be vacated to allow works to start, however works should be methodised to allow a phased handover of the site in order that the library can reopen and CMAL staff can return to the ground floor office whilst works to the upper floors are completed.
