Replace indoor range asbestos roof with new insulated steel profile roof panels Replace indoor range slated roof with new like for like slates Internal & external decoration. Repair lath and plaster walls Timber frame new walls and stores covered in Cembrit cladding. Window frame and cill refurbishment. Gutter and downpipes, replaced and repaired. Replacement fire exit doors and window. Floor and wall tanking including, cavity drain - new insulation and screed Replacement floor coverings, vinyl and carpet. Drill hall floor repair and varnish. Upgrade Internal lighting. Replace and repair Seaforth Highlander Emblem sand stone Removal of metal bars on windows - replace timber panels with glass. Repair 2 no damaged corner quoins Security posts and chain carpark entrance
