Lot 1

Highlands and Islands Enterprise are planning to undertake infrastructure and building design together with consenting for the development of Phase 2 on this site. The purpose of this commission is to undertake appropriate topographic survey and site investigation informing the infrastructure, services and building design, prepared to completion of works (RIBA Stage 7) with consents which will allow HIE to take forward a future construction tender for the developments. The current proposals comprise the provision of 3 No 30m2 in a terrace and 1 No 180m2 standalone high quality business units.
