The purpose of this commission is to undertake appropriate site investigation informing the infrastructure, services and building design, prepared to detailed design (RIBA Stage 4) with consents which will allow HIE to take forward a future construction tender for the developments on a Design Development & Construct basis on a phased basis.

The purpose of this commission is to undertake appropriate site investigation informing the infrastructure, services and building design, prepared to detailed design (RIBA Stage 4) with consents which will allow HIE to take forward a future construction tender for the developments on a Design Development & Construct basis on a phased basis. The current proposals comprise the provision of 14 No (560m2 Gross Interna Area) light industrial/office units in terraces and/or linked units. Planning and consents are to be obtained for the entire site development. Building Warrant and a tender pack is to be obtained for a Phase 1 development of 6 No units in a terrace alongside the entire site infrastructure.
