The overall aim of the contract is provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to a consultation, to inform the provisions of the draft Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (the draft Bill).

Lot 1
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses to the public consultation on a draft Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (the draft Bill) to reform the process by which trans people gain legal recognition of their lived gender through a Gender Recognition Certificate in terms of the Gender Recognition Act 2004. The overall aim of the contract is provide robust analysis and reporting on the responses to the consultation, to inform the provisions of the draft Bill.
Renewal: Extensions to the contract duration may be allowable subject to sign off by the SG contract manager if contract outputs do not meet the required standard or if unavoidable delays occur.
