Highlands and Islands Enterprise are planning to undertake infrastructure and building design together with consenting for the development of the undernoted site: - Plot 1.5, Sandbank Business Park, Dunoon The purpose of this commission is to undertake appropriate site investigation informing the infrastructure, services and building design, prepared to detailed design (RIBA Stage 4) with consents which will allow HIE to take forward a future construction tender for the developments on a Design Development & Construct basis.
