    "description": "This PIN is intended to make providers aware of Dundee City Council's intent to re-tender for the Framework Agreement for Education and Social Support Services (Children and Families). It is intended to establish an Open Framework Agreement with a range of Lots (to be confirmed) and appoint multiple providers to service this Open Framework Agreement. It is anticipated the contract will start on 01st April 2021 for a duration of one year. In order to support providers in the tender process a webinar session has been arranged with Supplier Development Programme on Tuesday 1st December at 6.30pm. Online presentations will be provided by the Contracts Team who will advise of key dates for submission of tenders. Supplier Development Programme will provide online guidance on the use of Public Contracts Scotland and how to submit a tender. We strongly advise any provider who is unfamiliar with a tender process to join this webinar.
