The area concerned is an approx. 825m length of footway that runs between Lunderston Bay and the Cloch Road Lighthouse parallel to the A770- Cloch Road. The current footway varies between 2.0-3.0m at present. The kerb line will be moved out as far as possible without impacting the carriageway width. This can be done due to an unused spaced between the existing kerb line and the edge of carriageway road marking.
