To provide support to the community client in the monitoring and evaluation of the success of the Storas Ulbha project (see attached Brief.) The project is funded by a range of funders and their investment demands certain outputs and outcomes which will need to be measured and evidenced. The Storas Ulbha project focusses on the restoration of the former Laird's House on Ulva as a heritage centre, together with an island wide interpretation, education and marketing project..
