Integrated Design Team for a new Endoscope Decontamination Suite and Discharge Lounge at UHA
Notice Description
The purpose of this high level information is to provide prospective Design Teams with information regarding NHS Ayrshire & Arran's project to design and construct a new Endoscope Decontamination Suite and Discharge Lounge within existing Station 15 ward accommodation, at University Hospital Ayr (UHA). The development will provide compliant decontamination facilities for all endoscopes used within UHA, and suitable patient discharge accommodation.
Lot Information
Lot 1
To facilitate this project the Board will appoint a full design team (excluding Quantity Surveying services), which will be appointed directly by the Client. The conditions of appointment will be the agreement for the Appointment of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers for Commissions in the NHS in Scotland (ProCode), as published by Health Facilities Scotland.
