Lot 1 Aberdeen City. See the attached ESPD & Price Quality Method Statement & Scoring Evaluation - Close Cleaning Maintenance - Final for the specific details on bidding for lots across the geographical areas.

Renewal: The MTCA for the Services for each Lot will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 3 x single 1-year periods solely at CHA discretion to a maximum of 6 years

Lot 2 - Aberdeen South

Lot 2 Aberdeen South. See the attached ESPD & Price Quality Method Statement & Scoring Evaluation - Close Cleaning Maintenance - Final for the specific details on bidding for lots across the geographical areas.
