Notice Description

You are hereby invited by the Library to tender as part of a mini competition run under the Scottish Government framework reference SP-18-010 (Lot 4), for the provision of Legal Services as detailed in Section 4.0.The Library recently ran a mini competition under LOT 6 of the same framework for it's routine legal services. This was awarded to Anderson Strathern in December 2019 and will run for four years.The Library therefore, is now looking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced legal advisor under Lot 4 of the above framework agreement, to provide legal services as outlined within the scope for the duration of this contract.The Library Project and Programme Management Policy states that major/capital projects are defined as projects that 'involve significant investment and risk, and over PS250,000 spend on capital items.
