The principal location for delivery of services is the Clyde Gateway area, which extends over parts of both Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council local authority areas. Clyde Gateway wishes to appoint consultants within a framework agreement to provide a range of property consultancy services in relation to the valuation and marketing of its property portfolio, together with general agency advice on development, appraisals, site acquisitions and disposals, with additional input as required on specialisms such as building consultancy, planning and rating matters.
