Renfrewshire Council is seeking to establish term service contract for reactive cleaning services for up to 120 properties across Renfrewshire Council geographical area as instructed by the Council.

Renewal: The contract has an anticipated end date of 25th September 2021 subject to the contract value not exceeding 189,000 GBP excluding VAT. Should the contract value not exceed 189,000 GBP excluding VAT the contract shall be subject to extension on a monthly basis from the 25th September 2021 to 31st December 2021. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council.
