East Renfrewshire Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a Multi Trades Measured Term Contract. The appointed contractor will be responsible for delivering a high quality service, in a safe and appropriate manner, on budget and in a professional and safe working environment within the timescales provided. The contract currently in place has been primarily used by the Housing Team to provide: -Multi Trades 'Out of Hours' service - 365 days per year - including Public and Other Holidays -Bio-checks for Health Hazards to ERC Housing Stock -Void Work -General repairs to council housing stock

Renewal: Council reserves the right to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month period
