Notice Description
Delivery Train Manager x 2 based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, currently working from home.Main duties include:* Support the strategic development and implementation of Agile Release Train (ART) principles within the programme* Support the ongoing live delivery of the programme work streams within these ART across multiple work streams* Minimise any negative impacts on delivery teams through ART rollout* Support Agile teams in the delivery of the ART features/components* Coaching team members across the ART to ensure principles are known, understood and the transition to ART is consistent across the programme* Develop communications plan to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels across the programme* Ensure risk and escalation processes are in place to support the ART* Oversee governance and run appropriate ART forums/sessions (i.e. scrum of scrums, PI planning)* Provide input to the ongoing development of the Value Stream
