Notice Description
The Council has a requirement to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out external render works for various Council Properties at Springhall, Rutherglen. The proposed works comprise liquid roof coatings to minor flat roofs, new uPVC fascia's and soffits, polymer render over coating system to external walls of stairwell. Decoration of communal entrance closes with intumescent paint to walls and ceilings. New liquid plastic coating to walkways and balconies and external render to the blocks. Carry out environmental works to the drying areas by creating new bin areas and drying greens.
