David MacBrayne HR (UK) Ltd, a subsidiary of David MacBrayne Ltd, is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified and experienced Recruitment Agencies for a Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) for the supply of Permanent & Fixed Term Recruitment. The Framework will be split into 7 Lots. The Framework does not include recruitment of Apprentices, Seafarers or Operational Port employees.

Lot Information

Health, Safety, Quality and Enviroment

Lot 4 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) employees.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further 6 month period.

Project Management

Lot 5 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Project Management employees.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further 6 month period.

Change Management

Lot 6 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Change Management employees.
